I am company driver for Celadon Trucking out of Indianapolis,Indianapolis. Celadon has constantly stolen money out of my routes.They have charged money against me for an impound lot when someone stole my truck. they have charged me for Fuel for the truck and they have charged me for having the fuel station changed to a different Station. They are charging business expenses against my paycheck.

No help was given to me by Celadon
Darryll Roth Operations manager for Driver managers took all of my paycheck. Money was taken out of my pay check for the illegal removal of my company vehicle from the Dallas Days Inn Hotel where I was staying. Indianapolis Labour laws state that no employer may reduce any paycheck by an amount that reduction the paycheck to less than whjat would be minimum wage for any pay period. for 3 paychecks I recieved no paycheck they took all ove my paycheck for 3 consecutive pay periods. I am filing reports with Indiana Labor hourly Wage division as well with the Attorney General of Dallas, Texas
Trucking Companies as a genereal rule as well Celadon constantly cheats their driver on driven Miles to actual; route miles are constantly less than Rand McNally maps by 25%
It was explained to me by Jamie Steele the corporate operations manager that is the way it is,and is normal business. Owner Steve Russell has refused to comment or reverse theft of wages from me
Dallas PD says it is a matter between me and the towing company. They refuse to make a police report.
