Celestial Care of phoenix AZ is one of the most corrupt businesses out there. They treat their employees very badly; with intimidation and threats. They claim to be a religious organization, yet they couldn't be further away from that. They take every opportunity to manipulate and take advantage of their elderly clients, especially the ones that can not stand up for themselves and know what's going on.

They switch the level of nurses on their elderly clients to make more money out of them by using illegitimate and false excuses to justify the higher level of nurses. They have no ethical business methods. If you talk to any of their employees in private they will tell you all about how corrupt and unethical method of business they practice.

They hire employees with criminal records; they have been more than once, under investigation for missing morphine from the client's home. They hire just about anyone with no experience or skills. They should be under an investigation for the way they conduct business with their employees and their clients.

One of the illegitimate methods they use to get money out of their clients is by sending them a brochure indicating that they have non profit parts of their business, in which they provide free care to elderly patients in financial hardship, and they ask their clients to donate to this cause, however, there is no record of them giving anyone free care.

If you ask any of their employees if they have ever worked with a client who could not afford the service and Celestial Care paid it for them they will say they never have. They also claim to provide a high level of quality care, however, most of the time they over staff their employees, however most of the time they overstaff their employees and make them work several shifts in a row.

When they try to earn a client's business, they go the distance of lying, manipulating, and misleading the client and or their family by how skilled, professional and experienced their employees are. Then when they have them sign the contract the client will be surprised by the poor level of service and employees they receive. They don't fully explain to the client the contract of service, and after the client signs the paperwork, they find themselves trapped into conditions and rules that were not explained to them.
