Cellairis / Zack Paddock mall Ocala Poor quality parts and broke phone in the repair process. Ocala, Florida

On 12/18/12 I had my sisters I-phone 4s broken screen repaired for Christmas, at this kiosk. The tech gave several prices Before agreeing on 80.00. He started on the phone and helped several customers during the repair. Zack was asked several times how many times he had done this in casual conversation and he said quite a few?? He then put the phone back together. A week later the screen went almost totally black. Phone worked but no screen.

Took it back and was told after the phone was checked again that a part was broken in side, we must have dropped the phone again. Zack said here is the phone take it to the repair store. We had to make him put it back together again. He finally did and gave us this little part. We took phone to repair place and was told the part he gave us did not even go in that iPhone and that the screen was bad. We went back to Zack and was told TO BAD. Read our paperwork, that never received a copy of until that very night. No refund, no replacement screen, no warranty.

Now I am out eighty dollars and will be picketing this store in the kiosk. I ran off two customers last night and will continue to keep others from being scammed. BUYER BEWARE
