Cellan/Coleanse rip off , trial offer paid for then charged without consent for full course,cant get cash back but no goods received. Internet, Internet

Ordered trial offer of cellan and coleanse wieght reduction pills.(they claim they are separate companies but trial pills came in same envelope although 2 lots of postage was charged.

Months supply received and I found after 2 weeks that pills did not agree with me, therefore was waiting for site to ask me to order a course, also to inform me of what the course would cost..

Trial offer ordered on 29/4/2012 and payment taken from bank same day. On checking my account as balance seamed low !! on 4/5/2012  I noticed that 99.52 for cellan and 69.42 coleanse had been taken out of my account.

I contactect by e-mail the company same day and explained I did not want further  pills and to refund my money. I was informed that as far as coleanse was concerned I had to cancell within 16 days and therefore they would cancel further deliveries.

Cellan however show on web page 100% satisfaction Guaranteed or FULL refund. I had notification that my account had been updated and no future charges would be taken. I have received no Further pills other than the trial ones, no refund, have sent 8 e-mails phoned twice (America) they want my bank details t identify me as cant trace!!! I am discussted with them and myself for being ripped off.

I have copies of all e-mails but have to give up now as cannot afford more calls to America to get no response.
