Purchased a screen protector and cover for my HTC in early October of 2012. When I attempted to place the order, I got a message saying my order couldn't be completed due to some error on their website. It said to try back later, which I did and then successfully completed my order at that time. A couple of days later, I noticed there were two charges from the company. I notified them by email and got a response that it was probably a pending charge and the other would drop off.
I work at a bank and knew that it was an actual charge not an authorization or anything like that, so I contacted them again and was told to fax the duplicate charges and would be refunded. I did so and someone responded that in fact, two orders had been placed and shipped. I told them I only made one order not two, and expected to be refunded. They responded I had to wait and get both orders and ship one back.
A few days later, I received my order--one screen protector and one cover. I did not receive double orders like they claimed I would. I contacted customer service and was told both had been shipped on the same date and they would refund me when I shipped back the duplicate. I explained I hadn't received a duplicate order and was told to wait a few more days to make sure it hadn't been delayed in the mail.
I waited about 3 weeks then contacted them again regarding the refund and had to start all over again with my problem. I was told I could receive a refund if I faxed in proof that 2 charges had went through my account, which I did. No response. I then faxed it again and waited a few days, no response. I then made a formal complaint to the BBB, and about 3 weeks later I received a response from them that the company hadn't responded to any of their requests.
So I faxed them again 3 more times with a letter explaining the situation and my request to be refunded. Nothing. I then wrote via snail mail approx 2 weeks ago and told them I expected an email confirmation that they received my letter. As of today I haven't heard anything. They obviously have no intention of refunding my money or responding to my correspondence.
