after emailing this horrible business several times (they dont have a phone number to call them on) they tell me they will give me a store credit minus the shipping costs. IT IS NOT MY FAULT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM!
here is a quote from them in one of the emails
"We are sorry for the wrong shipping. The travel charger kit for Casio NP40 was out of stock at the moment. Would you consider to exchange for another product of the same value $13.9 or get a store credit $13.9 for your next time purchase?"
and i have already asked them two times when the item i ordered and PAID FOR!!! will be back in stock. they told me they dont know.
this business is being conducted very poorly and i will not stand for this!
