at its best!

I received a defective 32 GB Micro SD chip. It did not work. Contacted customer service. After a number of emails asking me if the chip was locked, what kind of phone did I have, then finally sent me an RMA # and address to return to a month and a half ago. CPS Return Department  7486 La Jolla Blvd, #118 La Jolla, CA 92037 US United States. So far nothing. I have sent several follow up emails with no response. Also received a battery for a LG Chocolate 3 phone which send error message to phone screen and shuts off.

Withdrawl of Complaint

AUTHOR: Autowood - (United States of America)

I wish to withdraw the original complaint. After numerous emails questioning me about what device I used the 32 GB chip in and the status of the chip, a new working chip was sent. A replacement battery was sent but gave the same "Use Genuine Battery" error message. I found a trick on Fixya.com com and the battery works now. Cellphone shop offered to refund my money. Just remember, to most of the people who you contact, English is a second language.

I really can't complain. The price is right and with patience, customer service works.
