The subject pretty much sums this up. The battery is _obviously_ second hand, and the website - specific page at http://www.cellphoneshop.net/ab653443ca.html - makes NO mention of this.
There is also NO indication on the website that this company is based overseas, although the mention that no US customers pay sales tax should have clued me in.
