This Company claims they will send you check or credit your Pay Pal account within 48 hours of processing your phone. This is not true, They are a FRAUD, they steal phones and never pay you from them. I sent a a fairly new blackberry to them on 9/23/2010 and never recieved any check. I email them all the time telling them they are a fraud and they always write back and tell me the check is in the mail. They did that for months. Then Celltradein said my mailing address is wrong. Well I get all my other mail from everyone one else. Then they asked if they could deposit the money in my Pay Pal Account, so I gave them the account number. The money was never deposited. This company is a fraud, and I think they us UPS and not the regular mail or it would be mail fraud. The person that always answers the email is named Kenneth Haller Chief Communications Officer. The funny thing is that I always include my full mailing address on every email. But for some reason the check can never find it way to the house. Also they never answer there phone, don't bother leaving a message. I think this is run by some guy out of a apartment who just resells the phone on Ebay or something. DON"T USE THEM. THEY ARE A FRAUD. I have all the emails back and fourth to prove it so it not slander.
