I followed all of the instructions exactly and still have copies of all of the documents and dates that i sent them according to their instructions. After applying for the rebate following a complicated mailing procedure with dates, receipts and bar codes from boxes, i was informed that the company went out of business. However, now they send me spam mail advertising new phones that are free through rebates! Consumer beware this company does not honor the rebates it advertises ....Consider this a serious internet scam! You will pay full price for the phone!
