Cellular One - Nokia Promotions quality of service is poor and so are their promised rebates and promotions Muskegon Michigan

i have been a cellular one customer for almost 2 years and was basically forced to do that. after repeated calls to customer service about the quality of service that i was and still am receiving,all they tell you is turn off the phone and remove battery. that doesn't work because all they really want you to do is buy a new phone so they can keep the games going. and as far as sending the phone out for repair, why should i even have to send out a new phone for repair unless it never was new to begin with.

the insurance company connected with the cellular one companys are just as criminal as they are.they expected me to send in my new phone for repair and sent me a loaner phone that looked like a dog had been chewing on it and which didn,t have any of the features of my new phone.i refused to accept it, but unfortunately the deliverer they used forged my name and left the package anyway. i will be filing a report on that company as well as on the insurance company connected with cellular one. i am very unhappy about all of this and wish i would have known about ripoffreport.com before i had gotten a cell phone because it sure as hell would not had been cellular one. im seriousy considering legal action as this has stressed me beyond words and is not what i signed up for.
