Cellular One Wireless Phone Co rip-off Baltimore Maryland

They bill you for services that you don't receive. I am on a fringe area that they don't inform you of until you sign a contract with them and when you receive your bill you find out that some of the call you made were charged wrong.

They state that they will not give you credit for these calls and if you want to fix the problem you can get a higher paying calling plan. Or If you want to get out of your contract you can switch to either AT&T or Cingular. But what they don't tell you is that cingular doesn't even have service in my area and AT&T doesn't have any local numbers in my area, so either way I can't do either.

So now I'm stuck with a cellular carrier that is ripping me off, so I cancelled the plan and have to pay an early termination fee. They won't even work with me. Also they change their polices more often than not, different people at their office give you different answers to the same questions. Beware
