Cellular One - Dobson Communications Ripoff Extra billing after end of contract Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Contract of 2 years ended in May 2006, They was notified by phone and letter in April that would be ending contract. Billing continued for 3 months while trying to sort this out. They state never received letter until July.. Discontinued using their service in April as went with (((ROR redacted competitor's name))) so installed chip in the phone.

Have had several conversations with them, they're adamant about paying for a service that was never used and was under no contract..

OK the worse part of this is it's my 70 year old mother in law that lived through a brain anuerism who their doing this too and she is totally upset because they have threatened to ruin her credit.. Well Mr. Dobson bring it on I'm going to be the one your dealing with from here on, she's about to have a nervous breakdown because your trying to extort from her..It's not the money anymore it's the principle, I spoke with a supervisor and told him her daughter was present when they told CellOne they was done.

These corporation's are bullies that like to push around the individual's, but what they don't realize is they're customer base can erode quickly from sites like this that help the consumer.

CellularOne your actions for a measly $100.00 is despicable. Your license should be revoked if this is your common business practice.
