I see there have been other complaints the same as mine. When shopping on this web site items were put in the shopping cart to review later without having to go through the total website. When wanting to check the shipping charge it looked like you needed to enter your credit card information before you could get a figure. Assuming that you would have the chance to except or decline the order after that step. We did enter the information. When we saw how outrageous the shipping charges were we did not want to place an order. We naturally assumed that the order did not go through since we did not get an order confirmation and backed out of the site. A week later we get a package from them. We did not open it and called to find out why this went through and were told in so many word sorry your fault the only thing we can offer is to not charge you the restocking fee which would be about $6.00.
I called my credit card company to dispute it and they were wonderful. They looked at the website and agreed with my finding. Spoke to the company with me and even told them that for good business relations would they remove the $17 shipping fee and I would pay the $6 restocking. They would only reduce the shipping if I kept the order which was mostly the same items in different colors. The out come was they were not interested in good customer service and basically said it was my own fault. On the advice of my credit card company they said to return the unopened package and they would continue working on the dispute for the refunded shipping. This is a company I would never recommend or use. It looks like great prices until you see the shipping charge and then it is to late.
