I called my Moms cell-phone and I didnt like the silence I heard on the other end. My Mom was out of town visiting my sister. I called my sisters phone and spoke to my Mom. My Mom told me she is out of town and she left her credit cards inside of her car and she was planning on paying her phone bill today. I told her no problem. I will go
and take care of it. Myself, my Mom and the majority of my family are all Verizon Wireless customers.
On Thursday, April 12, 2012 around 5:38 pm I went to a cellularsales Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer store at
390 Cobb Parkway South Marietta GA 30060 770-427-5528 www.cellularsales.com and paid on my Moms phone bill. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful, nice and polite and helped me with my payment. I left the store very pleased.
About an hour later I noticed my Moms phone still wasnt on. [continued below]....
enough. I went back to Verizon Wireless because I could not pay the bill online because I did not know my Moms information. The gentleman that helped me the first time was helping another customer so I went to the desk where the other man was sitting. This man did not acknowledge my presence upon entry to his store unlike the other gentlemen. I went to his desk and said Sir; I would like to pay my Moms cell phone bill. He asked for My Moms cellular number. I gave
it to him. He asked for the last four digits of her social security number and I gave it to him. He asked for her password and I told him that I did not know her password. He removed himself from the computer as if he was shutting it
down and stated that he could not take my payment if I didnt know the password. I said Sir, I was here less than an hour ago and your co-worker was able to take a payment from me without a password. He says to me well I dont
see how he was able to do that without a password. He gets up and leaves his desk without saying anything to me and then comes back and says it will be an extra charge of $1.99 to take a payment from you without a password. I asked
him why and he says because he is unable to verify the account that I am paying the bill on. I told him that this doesnt make sense to me since I was in here about an hour ago and this wasnt so then and also why would I give you money
to make payment on an account that you can not even verify?
He then says well; I dont know what to tell you but it will be an extra charge of $1.99 in order for me to take your payment. I asked for a manager and he said that he is the manager. I asked for the District Manager and he said that he was the District Manager. I asked him for any manager that was above him and he said and I quote there is no one above me! I noticed he had no name tag on. I asked him for abusiness card and he went and walked into the back. He came back out and said he doesnt have any business cards. I then asked if he would write down his name and information for me because I really dont appreciate his customer service. He scribbled his name Alen Fergosen on an old brochure book. He did not hand me the book. He just scribbled it down and I picked up the book. I then got on the phone and called Verizon Wireless Customer Service.
When Fergosen realized I was on the phone with Verizon Wireless Customer Service he said get out of the store you are being rude or Im going to call the police; now I mind you I am on the phone with Verizon Wireless the entire time and Chris (my Verizon Wireless Phone Representative) was listening to this entire conversation. I began to tell Chris how rude and unprofessional Fergosen is. Fergosen then begins to yell get out of the store; you are threatening me; Im
calling the cops! I asked Chris did he hear what Fergosen just said and he said yes. I said did I say or do anything
to threaten Fergosen while I was on the phone with you and he said no. I told Fergosen to please call the police.
I went outside and waited and the police never showed up. I called the police. They said they hadnt received a
call from my location. I told them that I was at cellularsales an Authorized Retailer for Verizon Wireless at 390 Cobb Parkway South Marietta GA 30060 770-427-5528 www.cellularsales.com and Fergosen advised me to get out of the store because he was going to call the police because I was threatening him. I asked for an officer to respond to
my location and two Officers arrived.
I told the Officers about my unpleasant experience inside of celluarsales an Authorized Retailer for Verizon
Wireless and I also told them that Fergosen advised me he was going to call you because I threatened him. The Officers went inside of cellularsales and talked to Fergosen. The Officer told me he went inside and asked Fergosen if I had
threatened him and he said no. I told the Officer my father is standing over there by the car; there is a customer inside of the store along with another employee of cellularsales. I asked him to verify my story with any of those three people. None of those three people heard anything I just told the Officer and they all heard Fergosen say he was going to call the police because I was threatening him and if he was going to accuse me of something so serious I think you should ask the other witnesses what they heard because all I did was talk to Chris on the phone about how unprofessional Fergosen was when all of a sudden he says he is calling the cops because I am threatening him which was
also heard over the phone by Chris from Verizon Wireless.
I have never in my life experienced being treated so rudely by a person that I was coming to hand over my hard
earned money too. I strongly believe Fergosen should be fired. I gave him no reason to treat me the way that he did. I came inside of cellularsales to give them some business to help their store stay open so they can get paid but I
have a huge problem with paying cellularsales some of my hard earned money and be treated with the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. I am so looking forward to what will be done about this matter and
please believe me I will be posting this on Verizon Wireless website, cellularsales website, twitter, Facebook, my blog, every single customer review website I can find on Google and I will also make sure that Fergosens regional
manger, Mr. Ted Thompson 770-310-3931; firstname.lastname@example.org gets a copy of this. Thompson has to know that Fergosen doesnt know that he exist since Fergosen told me that there was no one above him. I will let you
all know what the end result of this will be. I am patiently waiting on a phone call back from Verizon Wireless now.
Around 11:15pm I received a phone call from my Mom stating that her cell phone still was not on. Verizon Wireless
Customer Service was closed and will not be opening until 7am in the morning. Cellularsales was also closed and would not be opening until 9am in the morning.
On Friday, April 13, 2012 around 9am I called the police department and asked them to have an Officer to meet me
at cellularsales an Authorized Verizon Wireless Retailer at 390 Cobb Parkway South Marietta GA 30060
770-427-5528 www.cellularsales.com I arrived at cellularsales and an Officer was there. I explained to the Officer
that due to what happened here yesterday I did not fell comfortable coming back here without an Officer and that the reason why I was back was because I gave them cash payments on my Moms phone bill and her phone was still turned off and all I wanted was a copy of both receipts so I can call Verizon on the phone because I no longer want to deal with the people that work here.
Me and the Officer went inside of the store and the two gentlemen that worked yesterday were not here. A nice
lady by the name of Alex helped me. I explained to Alex my situation and she gave me a copy of both receipts and explained to me that she doesnt know why the phone isnt turned on yet because it should have been turned on by now. I asked Alex was Alen Fergosen was the manager. She said nobody by that name works here. I asked who was working yesterday and she said Taylor and Payau. I described the men that were here yesterday and she said the nice guy that helped me was Taylor and the other guy was Payau Haravd. I told Alex that when I asked Fergosen for
a business card he said that he didnt have any and I asked him for his information and he wrote his name down as Alen Fergosen. Alex did not know why Payau did that. I asked Alex to write down Payaus name for me and she did and
I have attached to this the book where Payau wrote his name down as Alen and also another one where Alex gave me his real name of Payau Haravd. Why would Payau lie to me about his name? I dont know why cellularsales hired Payau and allowed him to treat me or any customer the way that he did. I still have not heard anything back from Verizon Wireless.
I am so disgusted right now. My contract is up with Verizon in November of this year but if Payau is going to be the type of customer service representative that Verizon Wireless and cellularsales are going to put up with then I will no longer be putting up with Verizon Wireless. This is just totally and utterly ridiculous. Also I just looked at my receipts and I have been charged a $1.00 convenience fee and not at one time did anybody mention me being charged a convenience fee. I only realized I was going to be charged a convenience fee after I had gave them my cash to pay my Moms bill and they handed me these receipts. I am so anxiously waiting to see what will be done about this matter.
