Cellular One ripoff Billing they broke contract Duluth Minnesota

I signed up for 3000 nite and weekend minutes, and it states so on the contract. I have never used them till this month 1 year and 9 months into the contract. Now I have a bill for 400 bucks and I called them and told them listen, I have 3000 nites and weekends, and they say yes, your contract states that, and you haven't recieved them ever, not even the first month, but we can't credit you, because if there's a problem you have to complain when you first start service.

I HAVE A CONTRACT STATING I GET 300 nite and weekends but like I said they won't give them to me cuz I didn't complain sooner. Well how was I supposed to complain earlier if I didn't ever use them.
