Bought 2 unlocking code for my BlackBerry/s, the codes that were generated via their system couldnt unlock the phones. I`ve send them a few emails regarding the matter and also asking for the MEP2/4 codes (Sim carrier/phone carrier unlocking codes). They point blank ignored my emails. After a few weeks, Ive opened a dispute at PayPal, bear in mind not to get refunded but to get them to provide me with the codes. Messages come and gone, them claiming 1st that there isnt any records of the order, that seems weird right? 2de message they changes their facts and now claim there isnt any record of my emails. I clearly showed them report logs of their email server indeed receiving them.

Ive also asked a few times over the dispute form to provide me with the codes (MEP2/4), all info they need was give to them. Time run out on the dispute and needed to hand the case over to PayPal. Long story short, working closely with PayPal they refunded me.

All over the net are good and bad reports about Cellunlocker.net.  Yes they have success in unlocking 100-1000 phones a day, but they really need get better customer service. They hide behind their little policies but in reality they cant even provide the simplest thing (Whats called Customer service)
