Ripoff Report REVIEW / Census.us.org Committed To Customer Satisfaction And Accurate Billing Census.us.org joins Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program -- a long name for a program that does a lot for both consumers and business alike. Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program -- a program that benefits the consumer, which helps to increase consumer satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business Verified By Ripoff Report. When a company or individual joins the Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Program, they must make a commitment to us in writing to 'doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers.' What does that mean? It means that Ripoff Report expects that members of our CAP program will review and respond to ALL customer complaints promptly. It means that every complaint will be taken seriously and every customer will be treated fairly and with respect. It means if a customer did not receive what they expected, the company will work with that customer to fix the issue. It means that if a customer requests a refund and if there is any reasonable basis for that request, we expect the customer will be given a prompt refund (some refund requests may not be reasonable, so this does not mean a refund is guaranteed in every case). Making things right can mean lots of different things to different people, but our point is this - by working closely with the company or individual to resolve any disputes, Ripoff Report can track the footprints of customer service to ensure that our CAP members are doing everything they can to treat customers fairly and to increase their customer satisfaction. ALL BUSINESSES GET COMPLAINTS, ..HOW THOSE BUSINESSES HANDLE THOSE COMPLAINTS SEPARATES GOOD BUSINESSES FROM THE REST

Ripoff Report Verified .. part of Ripoff Report Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation & Customer Satisfaction Program.A program that benefits the consumer, assures them of complete satisfaction and confidence when doing business with a member business..
By Ripoff Report Census.us.org reached out to Ripoff Report as soon as they were aware of a few complaints. As a Part of the Corporate Advocacy Program the member business allows Ripoff Report to send an email to all of those who filed a complaint in the past, letting the customer know, the member business wanted to make things right with them, .. whatever it takes to do so. Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to. Census.us.org proved that they were dealing with customers honestly and gave full refunds. Census.us.org put a great deal of effort into solving their billing and customer service issues. Census.us.org has joined the Corporate Advocacy Program because they want customers to know they will resolve any and all customer issues. They want them to have accurate census records at a fair price. Census.us.org said, "We are deeply concerned about our third-party software issues and have worked hard to resolve them." CENSUS.US.ORG EXPLAINS WHAT HAPPENED, HOW TO GET A REFUND, AND HOW TO CONTACT THEM Last year, Census.us.org contracted with a third party for billing and customer service software. Due to a problem with the software that they had not anticipated, some people were billed incorrectly for their services. In addition, customer service staff was not trained in how to respond to the anomaly. Beyond that, additional glitches in their customer service software caused their online support to fail. Census.us.org has since upgraded to a new software system that does not contain any of the billing or customer services problems of the previous software system." "Anyone who feels they deserve a refund can email us at manager@census.us.org. You will receive a response within one business day. If you qualify for a refund, you will get a refund confirmation number and your bank will credit your account in five business days or less." "Should you have any other questions or concerns, you can call us during regular business hours at 1-866-434-4253. We will be happy to help resolve any issues you may have." WHAT SETS CENSUS.US.ORG APART The company responds to customers much more quickly than other companies in their industry. They also keep more up to date records than are available from similar companies. They take the time to explain what the records they provide mean, and have an ongoing customer service training program not found at most similar companies. They also proactively reach out to respond to customer concerns and complaints. Statement from the Census.us.org Customer Service Manager. Hi. My name is Josh, and I handle customer service issues for Census.us.org. We admit that we were the victim of faulty software systems that caused some billing and customer service problems. We are sorry that we were not aware of these issues until they were brought to our attention. But, now that we are aware of them we have changed software systems to make the problem a thing of the past. We are also willing to provide refunds to anyone who was incorrectly charged because of the third-party software error. We have put policies and procedures into place that will ensure that these kinds of problems don't happen again. We have also fixed the problems with the customer service software so that customers can always have their questions and concerns resolved quickly and fairly." WHY YOU SHOULD TRUST OUR PUBLIC RECORDS DATABASE. Most companies only update their database once a month at most. Some only update their database three or four times a year. Our database is constantly updated so that you get access to the most up to date public records available anywhere. In addition, we give customers advice on how to correct any errors they find in our database because, we are committed to accuracy. At Census.us.org, our primary concern is making sure that people are satisfied with our service." ANY BUSINESS THAT CAN ADMIT THEY MADE MISTAKES AND CORRECTS THOSE MISTAKES IS A BUSINESS YOU CAN TRUST AND WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH . As stated above, Census.us.org is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and has made every possible effort to ensure that all customers get the public records they are looking for. After speaking with Josh at Census.us.org and emailing anyone who filed a complaint in the past, Rip-off Report is proud to give Census.us.org a positive rating. Census.us.org made efforts to fix their software issues and provide customer refunds. Josh told Ripoff Report, We founded this company to help protect the public from criminals and con artists. We believe in being good corporate neighbors. We would never take advantage of our customers. We are doing everything we can to make sure we provide complete customer satisfaction." STATED IMPROVEMENTS FROM CENSUS.US.ORG. The company has made a commitment to a series of improvements to make sure issues don't crop up again. First off, any new software will be beta tested for at least a month before it goes live to make sure that there are no hiccups with the system. Secondly, they are proactively looking for customers who were affected by their glitch and offering them refunds. Thirdly, they have made serious efforts to upgrade their customer service training program. Finally, they have agreed to respond to all complaints in a reasonable amount of time. WHAT TO LOOK OUT FOR IN THIS INDUSTRY There are many shady organizations in the public records industry. Do not trust any company that is willing to provide you with public records for "free." That's simply not possible given the cost of collecting and maintaining public records. Do not believe any promises to get you access to confidential government records. That is against the law. Always make sure you read all of the billing terms carefully to make sure that you know exactly what you are paying for. *Any consumer not receiving satisfaction from a member of Rip-off Reports Corporate Advocacy Business Remediation and Customer Satisfaction Program should email us at EDitor@ripoffreport.com This kind of dedication to customer service means that Census.us.org will do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are properly taken care of. You can call Census.us.org directly at 1-877-434-4253, and ask for Josh.
