but my complaint, is that for an infection I had several years ago, I was prescribed anti-biotic by a nurse practioner and doctor ... now this kills bacteria in the body .. the problem is .. there is good bacteria in the gut that digests food .. that gets killed too .. this lowers your immunity for (some timeperiod ? ) ..
My b*tch is that there was no PRO-Biotics given / suggested/ prescribed so that I could maintain more of the good gut bacteria - this is before I knew about them ....
