Do not fall for their Free Trial offer! I ordered this product thinking I was only going to be billed $1.95 shipping. I called and cancelled after receiving their product within the allotted 10 days.
I received a cancellation number and returned the product within the 14 day free trial offer. I was billed $59.95 on my credit card. When I called and inquired why I had a charge from them they said they had not received the returned product. I have called several times and they give me the same song and dance. They have not received the product. Sounds like they are never going to admit they received my return. That way they can keep billing my credit card.
I have cancelled my credit card and filed a report with my credit card company. I filed a report with my state's Attorney General's office. I Filed a complaint with Internet Fraud and am getting ready to file a complaint with the FDA. I never used the free trial offer they sent me. It looked to me when I received it like it had been opened and resealed. This is a product you use in your mouth and I was not going to put anything in my mouth that was not properly sealed or looked as if the seal had been broken and resealed.
This company needs to be investigated from the way they steal innocent people's money to the health issues on how they handle their "Free Samples".
