I signed up on 5/26/2008*, for the 14 day, $1.00 trial offer of "Hoodia Water" just pay shipping and handling of $4.95. I received the product and never opened it. After a short period of time, (13 days) I chose to call and cancel the order. After 20 days I noticed I had been billed on my bank account, $38.95 for the next shipment . I called to find out why, since I had cancelled. Seems there is a hidden, within all the legal jargon of their contract terms, the part about the next shipment and their cancellation and return policy**. I then followed their instructions to return the product for a refund less a "restocking fee" (15%). I sent the product back to them on 06/20/2008 with a "Delivery Confirmation of 06/23/2008*. This was 3 days within their 30 day return policy, and I as of yet 07/23/2008 have not seen nor heard from them nor have they refunded My MONEY. Now they have their product and My MONEY. I will try and contact them again to find out why. I'll be reporting back with any and all correspondance that I receive from them.
