On 12/1/08, while browsing the nets, I came across this products: AcaiBerry. It sounds very interesting with their offer of 1 month free trials of $1.00. I logged in and ordered for the $1.00 free trials. Upon their approvals they recommended colonpure as a good regimen with acaiberry. Colonpure was also on the same $1.00 for 1 month free trial. I ordered for that too, but before I completed the order, the page checked two other products for me, i.e. hoodia water and hoodia gum which both costs $39.90. Very outrageous. This was very fast as I did not notice it and I submitted the order. I am not crazy to order for the stupid gum and water for $39.90 when I am actually on a trial period. I tried to undo the order but it won't let me. I quickly complained through their complaints form on the net, advised them that I did not actually ordered for those products. I placed a phone call on the number stated above for over 45 mins, no one came on the phone. Their automated email message responded and adised me to wait for 48 to 72 hours for their respond. As at the time of this report, no respond was recieved. I decided to wait for the products and I was monitoring my account. This company eventually charged my account $45.85. Not funny. It took the more than 3 weeks to deliver. But the greatest shock is that the acaiberry, after charging my account for the $1 free trials and $4.95 S.H, these criminals in disguise went back to my account on 12/23/2008 and removed $89.97. I have no idea what was that about. I have reported to my bank. I am requesting for an explanation why the theft on my account and the unauthorize charge of $45.85. These debits actually obstructed my bills payment and I was not able to meet up with few of my bills.

Sunny.......You explained the details better than I did. You were very specific and I can attest to everything you reported about CCN, including the outrageous wait times to speak to someone, which wind up going nowhere. YES they have definitely SCAMMED US.
