Ordered Free sample for only 4.95 shipping..Looked at my bank account and was charged 44.95.. Did not receive my order. When i tried to all numerous times, the hold times were anywhere from 30-70 minutes. It makes no difference when you call. Also this web site signs you up automatically with another company Fit Factory. I had to call them(and i did get to speak with someone there and was able to cancel).

I had to call and cancel my credit card and have the bank issue anotherone.
There are other web sites with numerous complaint like mine. This company is a rip off and scam... Be cautious
