I have asked the Nationa Futures Association to please arbitrate and resolve this issue with John Moore almost a year ago. Instead i get nothing and no information about the investigation. John efloortrade Moore, my broker churned and defrauded my accounts, now he wants to hush it up with a lawsuit accusing me of liable. At this point his lawsuit has been appealed on procedural grounds because his lawyers were inept, The merits of the case have not even come close to being heard in court. In the time since John efloortrade Moore has had(over a year) he has had the time to do the same unethical fraudulent business at the same address(300 orange, orlando Fl) but under a different name (Central Florida Wealth) This guy needs to be exposed and the dot's connected to the Ponzi he ran and all the other hidden under the rug things he's committed under the disguise of the day. Mr John Moore treated me to the very same unethical business that got him in to managing a Ponzi scheme with his best friend and branch manager Randal Meisner. John Moore has only learned how to cover up his mistakes, not how to fix or avoid them. He washes his dirty laundry and thinks he's removed his dirt, no one will ever see the dark stain he can'r remove because he can't for sociopath reasons do the right thing. I have heard indirectly from John Moor's the plaintiffs inept attorney's that they will pay my attorney fees and drop there litigation against me if i take down all the truthful internet posts about John Moore, efloortrade or his wife and no good son. I guess his stupid attorney's have realized he has no case and will go broke suing me. that would be terrible. He's a proven financial sociopath educated by the best, wall street
