central refrigerated service inc . fired my husband after working for them over one year never late for is drop up grade to a owener operater two months into is lease they fired him be caused he got into on altercation with ano ne employe they fired him 5days after they send him to pickup atruck that another employe abondand hundreads of mile in another state fired him one week before christmas.
they promise him sign on bonus which he never get vacation pay he never recived report on his dac that he have aside swipe wich didnot happen to make matters worse report him to collection for four thousand dollar said he was default on his loan his loan how can he default when they fired him. this week i got a tax return for #2600 .00 that they claim he owe i cantact the payrole dpt . they told me they have the right to with hold is pay check for 45 days we never recived one

Search Tips Please tell us you don't talk like you type! Are you a hillbilly? Your husban as bright as you? I see how easy it was for them to rip him off. I feel sorry for both of you but live and learn that's the trucking way. How trucking has been able to rip drivers off for so long is unreal. I hope someday the change comes and drivers get to rip off the company. Not in my gradkids lifetime but someday. Driver 1973-2008 I now draw SSDI from on the job injury as a driver. I filed my claim and 8 days I got the call I was getting my first check next month. You just have to play by the rules when you file. Have everything for them to see the first time don't make them have to find reports and get records. As for lawyers they rip you they won't do anything till your back pay adds up to $0000 and 25% of that adds up to $5000 then they get it for you so they can get paid. Talk about a rip off. I told them (SSDI) that my wife was a lawyer always tell the insurance company,doctor,employer everyone that your father,mother or wife,husban is a lawyer and they don't pull any bullshit on you. Your sniveling complaint would have a little bit more credibilty if you would learn how to spell. Chances are if your hubby got fired from here there was a vaid reason. I have been with Central almost 20 years and have seen em come and seen em go. Like any trucking company IF you are a good driver and have no problems the last thing they want to do is get rid of you.
