Central States Indemnity Merrick Bank Pays Plan Rip-Off, Late Processing, False Reporting, Change Due Dates, Don't Respond, Credit Card Protection Plans Omaha, Nebraska

This company, owned by Berkshire Hathaway and Warren Buffet, is a real rip off for all of the credit card holders for High Risk Credit cards.  They charge their fee for "payment protection" every month, but once you initiate a claim due to unemployment (in my case) the continue to make it harder and harder to file a claim every month, as well as receive timely payment to the credit cards in order to avoid late charges and therefore higher interest rates.

When called upon to investigate, they don't

When asked to respond they say they will, ask for your phone number and don't respond

When you call the credit card company, they say they can't do anything about it, and ask you to make the payments on time anyway in order to avoid late reporting to the credit bureaus.

This is a scam, they are taking undue advantage of people who have paid their fees and once a claim is initiated, they do everything in their power to continue to not pay on time, and eventually begin to ruins one credit.

This company needs to be investigated and all Merrick Bank Card holders who are paying for their Pays Plan need to be contacted if they have filed a claim.
