Century Business Solutions still no photo sheets nor refund after 2 1/2 months, Internet

I ordered plastic sheets that hold 4 X 6" pictures.  After 3 weeks I called to see where they were.  I was told they were on back order for another 6 weeks.  I cancelled my order and asked that the money be refunded to my credit card.  I was told that they couldn't do that but would send me a check.

Two months later, after numerous calls and holding long periods of time, I was told that there was a backlog and it would be another month for the check to arrive.  When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she wasn't answering her phone, but I could leave her a message.  I asked for a direct line or extension number and was told that was not given out.  Upon transferring to her voice mail, her mailbox was full and wouldn't accept any more messages.

My advice, contact your credit card right away and dispute any charge you have with them.  There is a time limit for you to do this, so don't let Century talk you into waiting.
