On June 5, 2012; I contacted MBF Leasing (Daniel) and stated that I wanted to cancel my lease he stated that I would be charged for that month and he would email me what to do. He emailed me another Lease agreement and not the address which I had requested. After being charged a monthly fee for June - October 2012; I closed the account. I tried today December 28th to make contact and get an address and was informed that I owed November - December and one month just to cancel. Which by the way they showed that I had spoken to Daniel on June 5 to cancel. After being hung up on twice and repeatedly asking for an address I was then told my total had gone up since I couldn't get it to the address in time. I said you haven't given me an address how can I get it there. I asked to speak with a supervisor; she (Jennifer) stated she was and smuggly told me that was how it was. And then hung up. Never gave me an address - and I believe that this company teaches their employees how to be decietful and rip people off. I could not afford the 325 after paying 500 plus already for nothing but to be gouched and scoffed at was really appauling. It is criminal what they are doing and when I told them that they hung up.
