CenturyLink Embarq and Sprint were their preveious names TRICKED Monroe, Louisiana

I went to centurylink.com to inquire about telephone and internet services and was quoted 59.95 for 5 years with no contract required.  Sounded good and put in my personal info and received a printed quote of (#1 YOUR MONHLY CHARGES)$19.95 for internet, $6.49 modem, $39.95 unlimited phone services .(#2 YOUR ONE TIME CHARGES) $22.95 Professional Internet installation,$$85.00 for Jacks, $29.75 a one time activation fee. (#3 YOUR TOTALS) $5.00 CREDIT FOR BUNDLE, $137.70 one time fee and your estimated monthly estimated charge will be $61.39.  Since I did not need the jacks or professional installation which I made them aware of at that time, I was lead to beleive that I was going to receive a first billing of $137.70,  however my first statement was $259.40.  I have called and left emails with no respond as of yet.  I received my services on the 1st on Nov. 2012, now it is the 30th and no answer yet!
