A telephone technician told us that the CenturyLink line pairs were probably the problem and suggested that we contact CenturyLink to have them change the line pairs. We did that but CenturyLink refused stating that our line tested good. We explained that it does test good sometimes but shorts out after a rain but they refuse to use common sense and fix the problem. We are paying for a very lousy service and want our money back.

I had similar problems in WY and was told they will not spend the money to fix problem. Was told their system was overloaded and i had to wait for it to free up to work. Ditch them and campain with everyone you know to switch to another provider. As consumers we need to demand the proper service that we were promised. We need to quit letting companies treat us any way they want to.
Writing a letter here feels good, but get off your butt and do something about it. Set these guys straight on who affords them their paycheck.
