Certegy Payment Recovery Services Money stealers St. Petersburg Florida

Long story short: I went to a car dealership to buy a car and put $3000 down. When they cashed the check (finally) I had about $100 short in the checking account and even though I could have covered it with my other account, the bank overdrafted (bank's fault). The dealership immediately sent this to Certegy collections without even calling me once to see what happened or to ask if I could pay them now(dealership's fault).

My complaint with Certegy is that they dated their inital collections letter 11/21/06 and I actually received in on 11/19/06 yet they tried to cash my check (again) on 11/16/06 which yet again overdrafts my account over and over again due to pending charges from other places. I would like to give a big THANKS to Certegy for sending me a letter that really didn't mean a damn thing because you didn't wait until I received the letter to cash the check, in which case I would have made SURE to have had the money in the account. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Oh and another THANK YOU for charging me an additional $25 for not having those funds. This will definitely not be the only place Certegy hears from me.
