 I Purchased a Husqvarna 460 chainsaw that ran for 15 minutes and then stopped… I could never get it to restart, plus leaked chain oil from the bottom. Chainsaw Direct will not replace their defective products sold online.  Power Equipment Direct will happily sell you their defective products online, then shift the responsibility of their defective products to you and the manufacture for any repairs.

I highly recommend everyone to avoid such scrupulous internet companies as Power Equipment Direct with attractive and friendly websites… but their company policies are as ugly as sin!
