This solar company, if you can even call them that, are filled with dishonorable people at the highest level of the business. Ryan Kiarsis is the supposed manager of the company and Kevin Dennis is the supposed Owner. They dont pay employees on time they string them along from week to week and as of 1/21/2014 all the employees are 6 weeks behind in pay. Kevin Dennis will give out personal checks to employees if they complain too much, but the Check that he writes out of his personal checking account bounces. The exception is Ryan himself who Im sure gets paid. Since he has control of where the money that comes from the leasing company gets wired to.

If a Sales member actually sells a solar deal Ryan and Dennis uses that money to fund payroll instead of funding the job. if you went with Champion Domestic Energy get out of your contract and go with a better company. I know of jobs that included reroofs on the solar jobs still have not been done which were signed 5+ months ago. Ryan is a scam artist and lies out his mouth to the sales team. He does not have a clue on how to properly run a solar company. Stay away, please avoid if you are smart. They are not members of the BBB and Don’t have any ROC number. So you have no recourse if they don’t deliver on what they promised, which will happen 98% of the time- even a broken clock gets it right twice a day.

Scott Proctor - The REAL Solar Scam Artist

AUTHOR: Ryan Kiarsis - ()

POSTED: Monday, April 28, 2014

This is a rebuttal to the Rip Off report written by Scott Proctor who chose to remain nameless while ranting about me and the company I work for by name. This is typicall of his character.

Scott was hired by Champion in late August of 2013.  He sold himself to us in his interview as an individual who would self generate business as well as work pre-set appointments by our own call center.  In the four plus months that he was with us Scott did not generate a single sale of his own.  He sold on average, less than three solar deals per month.  (I would be happy to show you his statistics if you are a hiring sales manager with another company)  Further, he would "no-show" on appointments that were scheduled.

Scott Proctor claims he has not been paid by us on deals that he sold.  The reality is, most of his sold solar jobs have not yet been built by the leasing company we work with due to design issues by Scott Proctor.  Champion is the one that was left to clean up his solar design issues.  Further, we have undeniable proof that Scott Proctor "flipped" a pre-set appointment set by our call center and sold them with another solar company while on our payroll.

It is regrettably true that the the owner of the company was behind on payroll for the entire company.  This was in large part due to the company itself waiting to be paid by the leasing company that we work with.  However, all employees (other than Scott) have been 100% caught up on their pay.  Most of them even came back to work for us after all that was said and done. Scott's report claims he was sure I was being paid the whole time.  There is really no way for him to know that.  There is no way for him to know how we were using any funds that came into the company; whether we were using them for solar jobs or payroll - as he was not privy to that information.

His filing and rant on Rip Off Report is nothing more than a disgrutled former employee's feeble attempt to get back at a company that he feels owes money to him.  I personally do not have any controll over whether he gets paid or not.  That is with the legal department of the company at this point due to additional threats made by Scott Proctor.
