I had this individual first fix my laptop and had to return it to them three times because they changed the hard drive and the laptop still would not opperate properly, this individual also had my desk top took parts and the hard drive out of it returned it not even able to be operated at all, I purchased a rebuilt computer from this company they came and swapped it out with another one with no programs not even microsoft word and each repair I had to pay for and with talking to this individual all this company had to tell me is to bring it back to them and they would charge me again instead of admitting they gave me non working systems, I have texts with them admitting they messed up and then now they are wanting to charge me again, this company is a terrible company they are hack artists they steal parts out of your computers and replace them with cheap off brand parts, worst company ever, not to mention its a company run out of a house and they have collections of parts stollen from other customers. All the repairs to fix these three computers now exceed the worth of the computers so now I have three garbage computers due to this company

This customer had issues that were fixed properly. Customer was so happy with the service that they purchased a computer in early 2012. All used systems carry a 6 month warranty. Customer waited almost a year to hook her computer up. She stated an issue with it and as a good faith gesture I swapped for an equivelant system. She also had a hard drive failure on her existing desktop. Her hard drive was cloned and replaced. She began having issues with the desktop that were not related to the hard drive replacement. Customer wanted additional non related work performed for free. The purchased system did not come with microsoft office suite. It is paid software and customer wanted it provided for free. Again as a good faith gesture I agreed to go over all computers to make her happy but she would have to bring them in. On site service would not be provided. Customer became beligerent and threatened me. ( I have proof. ) At this point I broke off communication and know I have this complaint as a form of childish retaliation from somebody who wants something for nothing.
