today my husband and i both were recieving calls from these individuals.. when my husband answered his phone they said congrats then hung up on him!! later they called me.. i thought it was a little weird cause the # that showed up on my caller id on my cell said i was calling myself.. i answered and they said congrats i won 1.8 million dollars through publishers clearing house!!
i really didnt believe it but i stayed on the line to see what all they knew about me... not only did they have my phone # but my address and everything!!! i told them i wasnt intrested but they said that ups would be bringing my check in an hour!! they said all i needed to do was go to the closest western union and send them $235.00... they said that they would call me back in 20 min.
to confirm i had sent the money... as soon as i got what info they gave me i called the better buisness bureau and asked questions!! they told me that if i had really won something they wouldnt ever ask me for money... and if it was real and i did need to send money that they would take the money out of my winnings and not have me send it... i didnt send them a dime but i did feel that people should be aware!!!
what made me the most suspicious was when they said " its not a scam we promis!! there are 2 officers and a lawyer sitting here in the office"
To let everyone know they sounded like they could of been jamacian or something like that!! please beware!! after i hung up they called me 8 times in 20 minutes... the first call was from my own number all the rest was private and the last call was from a 876 area code number... here is some of the info they gave me so everyone knows they are fake!!

just remember do as i did... when you get calls your not to sure about call the better buisness bureau they will tell you everything you need to know about someone!!! good luck everyone and be carefull!!!
