Charles Hodak born September 1961 is one of the most depraved, disgusting individuals anyone is yet to know, has known or will come to know. It is only a matter of time, whether it takes 1 day, 1 year, 10 years before
you know what this 'man' is truly all about, what his modus operandi is, and what he will do to you to engage you, con you, manipulate you and hurt you.

Late 80s early 90s Charles Hodak acted as a Social Security Payee representative for two unfortunate and mentally handicapped people. Using their SSI payments for his own personal financial gain. Early 90s Charles Hodak did time in a rehabilitation center for drug abuse.
1994- Charles Hodak as a Pacific Bell 0 operator (now ATT) puts a call through for a young 15 year old teenage girl, and when the teenager thought her call was done, Charles Hodak called her attention while rendering the services as an operator for Pacific Bell on this call, engaged in an inappropriate conversation, knowing that listening to a private conversation and staying on a call he should have disconnected from was wrong and illegal. Charles Hodak lured this vulnerable teenager into his car later on and groomed her for sexual abuse.
Ebay 1996 onward- Charles Hodak under multiple usernames (siklyso, sosiklyso, corky, ccoorrkkyy, cantwinforlosing and many more) has cheated and robbed countless of buyers out of their money, once his
account gets suspended, he quickly opens another to achieve more fraudulent activity and scams.

Late 90s Charles Hodak admitted to having unlawful sex with (another) 14 year old female. Early 90s throughout late 2008- Charles Hodak made false claims of work injury to Pacific Bell/ ATT claiming to suffer carpel tunnel syndrome when he did not, and it was obvious he never did have any such injuries. He gained thousands making these false claims, defrauding Pacific Bell, ATT AND their investors.
2009- Charles Hodak deceives an elderly gentleman out of $8,000 during the purchase of a trailor home that belonged to Bill and Jan at a 3107 N. San Gabriel Blvd Trailor Park property called Tradewinds in Rosemead,
CA.91770
2010- Charles Hodak defrauds Double tree hotel chain by claiming that the charges he authorized were not authorized after he booked and facilitated a teenage drinking party for his daughter and her friends Early 2011- Charles Hodak defrauds the IRS of over $100,000 in owed taxes when he signs a sworn statement saying he has no money when he does in various accounts.
Late 2011- Charles Hodak bullied, threatened, and terrorized a young female in his car, yelling profanity and death threats to her while driving recklessly & erratically to frighten and terrify her. Charles Hodak caused her
multiple injuries, physically and emotionally.
Early 2012-Charles Hodak commences the harassment against the female he injured during the 2011 reckless/ endangering driving incident. Shortly after Charles Hodak was given a cease and desist order by the female victims lawyer. Charles Hodak does not comply nor respect the Cease and Desist letter.
Early 2012- Charles Hodak contacts and applies for Social Security at 9351 Telstar Ave. El Monte, CA. 91731-2852 falsely claiming to be disabled when he clearly is not for personal financial gain.
Early 2012- Charles Hodak contacts the Welfare Assistance office falsely claiming poverty and applies for welfare for personal financial gain.
Mid 2012-Charles Hodak has an adult daughter Heather Ann Sage who was arrested for various felonies, and served time in a Womans jail in Lynwood, California. The charges are including but not limited to: Indentity
theft, Credit card fraud, Drug use and drug paraphernalia (crack pipes).
Heather Ann Sage booking number is 3162250 arrested by Montebello PD 7/28/2012.
Apple doesnt fall far from tree.
After knowing all the terrible things Charles Hodak has done, Its no wonder why his daughter Heather Sage has also turned to a life of crime, fraud and drug use.
2012 onward- Charles Hodak has been harassing the innocent female he injured during the 2011 reckless driving incident, continuously trying to communicate with her, harassing her, via her email, via ebay etc. The victim is undergoing therapy for her back injuries.
In closing, Charles Hodak should be ashamed of his own self and worry about his own salvation when it comes to a higher power. There is nothing wholesome that comes out of inflicting pain and injuries upon other people and trying to get something for nothing.

I just cannot believe some of the awful people in the world, that would lie to defame someone who has always help someone in need, this person would give the shirt off his back if needed. This person has nothing but love and kindness to give others. Anyone that says anything in the contrary to this is evil. Some people have to hurt and steal to make themselves feel better about themselves, it's very sad. I've known this person for a very long time and he is a wonderful person and I cheeresh his friendship very much. You can call me to verify this any time you like. Thank you for reading this message.

Your victim would love to see you in court, but shed rather see you in Superior Court.
No matter what you believe, you have no right to hurt, bully, extort, harass, terrorize, injure or threaten anyone in any way for any reason.
This is what you did to your victim. YOU TRIED TO EXTORT FROM HER using violent tactics.
By the way, your victim was sick to her stomach when Social Security called her, saying you used her as a reference in 2012.
Your disabilities made you sound like you were bed ridden.
How is that? You ride a motorcycle, fix cars, and go up on roofs; you are a very able bodied person. How can you sleep at night just wanting to extort left, right and center? It doesnt matter whose money it is, does it? The welfare department called her too; you used her as a reference there too. The things that people say about you are sickening.
Thats what you were trying to do to your victim all the time, huh? Just trying to extort from her, just like she found out all about the other creepy, extortionate things about you after you terrorized her on December 30th 2011.

You are a very ominous person and all I can say is that anyone can verify Charles background and prove you wrong, all Charles ever did was helped you out and you took advantage of him. Anything you say will and cannot change that fact. You are a Very evil person for doing this to Charles after all he had done for you and your kids. Do you really think that your continuous posts of manufactured lies and delusions will accomplish anything? I also believe that you just tend to make up things as you go along.
Your victims lawyer knows the facts as you would know them too. And simply because you paid for dinner
at Dennys a few times (Most people would consider that a courtesy towards your guest) doesnt mean she would ever owe you any part of any settlement. Take this comparable and apply it to what you think it is that is bothering you mentally.
So far, you have lied to readers about yourself, and aboutpolice matters. Detectives involved have been alerted to your statements on here and are investigating as to why you would make such statements knowing that they are false.
You bullied and terrorized your victim that night because she refused to sign something that was so erroneous and inconceivable to think that you would ever believe you were entitled to anything as far as the settlement goes. You cannot ever believe that you had a right to entitlement simply because you say so? Your victim didnt deserve to be hurt or terrorized in any way by you. Your unreasonable greed is what lost you a friend due to your violent acts. You dont even seem to care that your victim has been injured because of what you did to her December 30 2011. Readers on here will observe that not only did you intentionally injure, threaten and continuously harass another human being, butwill also see that you have no regrets to what you did to your victim. Have you ever cared to apologize to her for what you did? Your victim says you apologized, but she didnt accept your apology. You not only hurt her, threatened her and bullied her, but you injured
her. You were happy to risk her life erratically and dangerously driving at speeds clocking over 100 MPH.
Lets go back to December 30, 2011; the only person I see with a deceptive side is you. Right? So you picked her up, because you were going to help her find her missing daughter, you take her to Dennys restaurant because Shes got to eat at
a time like this she declines your offer, you convince her to go anyway to talk about her daughter over some
coffee at Dennys, you pull out some sheet of paper ordering her to sign it incase anything happened to her , You
tell her not to bother reading it She reads it, and she says No to signing it, You insist, she starts feeling very uncomfortable, You called her stupid you slam your fist on the table, abandon her there at the table, walking out
the door, she cries for about 10 minutes what seemed to her an eternity beforeyou come back to apologize telling her Lets take you home But what happens, Charles?
She gets into your car, believing you had come to realize your insane idea was just that: Insane. But without her getting her seatbelt on, you take the car from 0-100 in seconds. When you recklessly hit the cars breaks with the intent to cause harm, Her face hit the dashboard and she cuts her hand trying to grab onto something to hold on to. You took her on the terror ride
from Hell. Her body was bouncing all over the place. She was getting bruised allover .You were yelling at her, screaming profanity calling her names, that you would make sure she died if she didnt sign it. Weaving in and out of lanes at
speeds in access of 100+ mph demanding she signs it. She doesnt respond to you at all during that possibly 20 minute ride of terror. And it took an hour and a half going to Dennys at the one you frequent near where you live going there,
and it took about 20 minutes back? You angrily pushed her out of your car, she was so shaken up, that it took her 4 hours to stop shaking.
Your apology came a few hours later. She hasnt responded.

Oh I see so your saying you took thousands of dollars, accepted all his help only to get back at Charles? Your a very disturbed person. No matter what you say he has done it doesn't make it right for you to steal from him by deceiving him. No matter how you look at it the fact is you used deceiving tactics to steal money from Charles using sad stories of having no rent, orthodontist bill for your kid, cousin has cancer, you need clothes, electric and gas bills, IRS is after you, need cash, your mother needs food, etc. and telling him he would get 50% of any lawsuit settlement when he paid your legal fees and supported you for two years. YOU ARE A VERY DISTURBED person to think that whatever Charles may have done allows you to deceive him and steal thousands of dollars from him. No mater what he may have done doesn't make stealing from him ok.

You try building yourself up, but for whom? Yourself? People, who know you in real life, already know you and how selfish you are, how you act and operate. You criticize your victim for being a God fearing person and you bully her character, then you make contradicting remarks saying GOD BLESS HER MAY GOD BE WITH HER etc. as you insult your victim on this report and other posts.

Your victim is within her rights to not ever have anything to do with you again. You bullied her, frightened her, terrorized her, you injured her. She doesnt want anything to do with you. Her lawyer already told you to stop communicating with her last year; you havent complied. Your continuos harrasment and threats isn't getting you anywhere. You have caused your victim to relive your acts of violence towards her every time you harass her and threaten her.

You are a very sick person to be able to accuse Charles of these very serious things and only because you know that he never harmed you, threatened you, or harassed you and you are doing this just to hide the true fact of you ripping him off. You are a very disturbed individual to do this. Your lies will not change the fact that you stole from him and nothing justifies your stealing from him. Very disturbing.

This has to be a Hoax and as you can see from reading this person is very disturbed. After all Charles has done for her for her to not show any appreciation is not normal behavior. Charles Hodak is trying to contend that the report is false because he is simply saying so and by giving out Police department numbers to which the only response that will be given if they were to be called are ones to the effect of Detective investigations are not public knowledge or That information is private True to his bad and seedy character, what Charles Hodak is doing is known as Weasel wording.

This is another fact: There is an ongoing Police investigation where continuous evidence is being verified and documented by eyewitness accounts of Charles Hodaks harassing and threatening behavior and is being eye witnessed and documented by Ebays Trust and Safety (Safehabor) department as Charles Hodak has taken to harassing and threatening his victim via Ebay messaging as well.
In closing, this report is based on facts and facts alone as the reporter, Concerned Citizen stated, all can be investigated and proven in a court of law. Charles Hodak can continue to rebuttal the facts, but his victim and the facts stand steadfast and unmoved despite Charles Hodak's harassments, threats, and attempts at covering his trail of misdeeds and misconduct.
Rebute this one: You say that the reporter is retaliating, however your December 30th 2012 (Which also marks the one year anniversary of the injuries you caused to your victim on the night of December 30th 2011) your Rippoff report came to light after: The victims lawyer sent and emailed you a Cease and Desist letter to stop all communications, threats and harassment towards his client (your victim) in Feb of 2012 and the Police report against your threats and harrasment occurring on Nov. 16th 2012. So why is it, you continue to email, threaten and harass your victim as recently as this morning via Ebay?
And why are you only trying to ineffectively defend yourself against harrasing and threatening the victim that you have indeed harrased, threatened and injured, but not the other facts that were brought forward?

This women Becky Santana has claimed all these accusations in false and as for her saying "something for nothing" She seems to forget that Charles supported her and her family for two years paying their rent, school trips, gas and electric, orthodontist and gave her cash along with buying her clothes. She didn't think that bad of Charles when she was taking from him. She really needs help, for a person to say all these mean things and false reports after all Charles has done for her is just not right.
She had no problem taking money and help from Charles all these years and then when he asked for his share she makes up all these accusations. What I make of it is she is falsely reporting these things to hide the real facts. She has filed two false police reports against Charles also. There is something really wrong with this person to do this kind of thing to someone. Very disturbed person. I cannot believe how self centered and unappreciative this person is. Charles has spent allot of money to help this person and this is what he gets. Unbelievable!

HOAX REPORT This is an attempt to get back at Charles Hodak for fileing a legitimate report against Becky Lucas. This reporter Backy Lucas is known for fileing FALSE REPORTS you can verify this by contacting the Temple City Sheriff's Department at (626) 285-7171 (TAG-55) in which Becky filed a FALSE POLICE REPORT stateing that Charles was holding his Daughter Hotage at Gun Point. You can also check with Detective Gurrero of the South Gate Police where she filed a second FALSE POLICE REPORT stateing that Charles had threatened to break her neck. There is a warrant being filed by Detective Gurrero for her arrest in this matter. Again this is just an attempt to get back at Charles for his legitimate RIPOFFREPORT. Becky is trying to justify her wrong doing and make herself feel better about her actions. There are judgements and law suits against her and she is hiding from the true facts. All reported info she has made against Charles are untrue and can be verified with all the various departments and employers as to there falseness. Again this is just an attempt by Becky to justify her wrong doing. GOD BLESS HER.

This is hoax and you can verify that this person Betsaida Santana has filed two false police reports one at the Temple City Sheriff Department (626))285-7171 which is filed under (Tag-55) and another with the South Gate Police Department ask for Detective Guerro at (323) 326-6767 both Departments will verify that Becky Santana is known for fileing false reports and that there is a warrant out for her arrest.
