I send this as a warning to everyone in the area around Phenix City, AL. Beware of doing business with a person named Charles or his mother! Unfortunatly, Charles is under the impression that he is entitled to whatever he wants. He will not accept right or wrong - all he wants is handouts.
He has posted numerous compalints on this site against honest people and companies trying to ruin their reputations because they would not give in to his unrealistic demands. He attempts to defame people who are sucessful because he cannot stand that they are motivated and productive and reap the rewards their efforts. You see, Charles believes the world owes him everything because he is too lazy, uneducated, or even cares to work for himself.
Charles does not understand what it means to live in a capitalist society where each person is paid according to his ability. Only in a socialist society could Charles get what he wants "from each man accordig to his ability, to each man according to his needs".
I have read many times where Charles has quoted scriptures and made references to God while wishing the most horrible raths upon those who tried to help him and ended up his enemy. This false believer tries to invoke God to strike others down when he is the true sinner. Charles would do well to remember that he is the true disgrace before God - he has done NOTHING with the talents given to him. He has let the human spirit within him wither while quenching it by coveting what others have and despising them for their hard work and effort.

Sorry to have to break the news to you but chuckie posted today that he didn't take the job that Swift Trucking offered him last year. I guess he dosen't need a job when he's living high on the hog from SSI and his moms unemployment.
It's quite a bummer though - I was looking forward to his complaints about his run in's with Jim Browne and Sheriff Fife. I'll bet they are out to get him like those cops in Phenix.
Just a quick question, do you have any blacks in town? They all discriminate against chuckie and his mom - especially if they work for the EEOC. If so he might not visit, cause them blacks they are part of the Secret Society to Screw Charles And Mom (SSSCAM) - they even know the secret handshake!

Charles and his lovely mother Kathy came to Pony to visit their uncle Vern who manages the Pony Pines Mobile Home Estates. He is quite a nice gentleman. Charles showed us his new gold tooth. He wasn't bragging or anything. His mother Kathy is a fine woman, however, I wasn't sure at first if she was a man or a woman, but when she excused herself after belching, I knew right then and there she was a refined society lady. I was most impressed how she cussed out that loser police chief without taking the cigarette out of her mouth. I wish you people would leave Charles alone. I told him he should leave that messy Phenix City and move over here to Pony. Peter would love to have him move in. Peter has a king-sized bed so Charles and his Mother can all sleep with him and maybe get some hot 3 way action going. Peter really finds toothless old White women attractive, especially if they have a mildly retarded son who will do "ANYTHING" for a cup of moonshine.

Why, hasn't any business I have reported tried to sue me for reporting them one business did threaten to file a lawsuit agaisnt me this was in 09/2003 & to date he has not filed any lawsuit agaisnt me, cause he knew he wouldn't get anywhere. I, am sure everyone will know what I am talking about.
It's, cause these businesses know what the wrong they did to me this proves I have not lied about any businesses I have reported I just had to add this.
I, have not once been sued buy any business I reported to this website cause they have got nothing to prove I lied about them In anyway.
When, businesses start this they will file a lawsuit for defamation I will not even read that report because it gets old!, I see some good businesses on this website trying to resolve the problem.
The, other half tries to fight & say they will sue for slander u can seperate this from good business & bad business.

Sorry guys, as an uninvolved 3rd party, I have lauged at some of your stuff above. As a cop I have learned to be able to turn on the objective button pretty well. Many should try it, as it can make some situations much more humorus.
1. I never really agreed with Chris's aggressive manner. But it's not really too far off base. Charles (if that's his real name) seems from the fruits of his work here to have possible mental issues, and definetly avoids answering any questions even when people try to help.
2. I skimmed some parts but thanks to whomever mentioned myspace first as I have stock in their main server, FREE ADVERTISING ROCKS!
3. Charles, on a political point. I know you will not answer me coherently nor reasonably but what is your ideas on my take on Social Security. I believe as a tax payer I do have a right to access information about anyone on a gov't program, with obvious exceptions (danger, security, etc.). It's my tax dollars that I pay happily and dutifully after working grueling hours, I'd like to know it's being properly used.
4. I have no doctorate or MD but am taking some psych classes and consider myself an amateur/hobbyist in trying to understand humans. Due to the fact that his posts vary from radically incoherent, to angry, to sad, and sometimes even legible I wonder if Charles might be an Alter-ego... maybe some guy is getting his kicks out of people like you Chris, or maybe is desperate for affection and is longing to have people like Jodi "stick up" for him. No, really! Chuckie is going to continue to complain - what a suprise? Losers like you will never do anything productive but sit and complain dumb#ss. That is the point I have been trying to show others. You are unable to take action to improve your miserable life so you want to blame others. The first person you should blame is your mama for raising you to be a lazy good for nothing bum. It was you who decided not to take advantage of our FREE educational system, it was you who decided to only work 10 MONTHS IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE, it was you who fought for SSI because you "can't handle stress".
Now you say that you don't live on handouts. Do you go to work? How many hours per week?
OH, you don't work do ya! So where does you money come from fool? It is taken from hardworking people who pay takes because you have an inabality (or less likely a disabality) to work. Did you know that unemployment is at record low levels chuckie. Anyone who wants a job is working. If you applied at the Lowes, ect and were turned down (because they couldn't read your resume, or you look as presentable as you type) then look someplace else. You see, Lowes probably decided to hire a presentable high school student who could read and write. Or mabey they hired someone who had worked more than 10 months in a lifetime. Why do you deserve a job at Lowes? Get a job as a dishwasher or a busboy, these are the jobs that go to people who want to better themselves and get experience - any experience to get a foot in the door. Borrow mommies car and spend the day TRYING to find a job, as long as you don't have to write or speak you might have a chance.

Chrissy, you began this post about Charles, yet you have stopped mentioning him. Looks like you've found someone else to take your rage out on. Has your obsession turned? First, regarding the corporation/cooperation thing...you said "I own 2 successful corporations" on 7/13. Now you try to back peddle and play reverse psychology..it doesn't work on me. Also, you said "I changed it". Where? You still haven't said what your 2 cooperations (in 9 countries) are. You keep avoiding that question. You continually contradict yourself. I'm only going to respond briefly about myspace. Most people on myspace are over 25, and it's a great way to keep in touch with friends and family all over the world! First a little leason in geography. You asked "You think Alabama is close to Ohio? Do you think Colorado is close to Ohio?" You might try looking at a map before you make youself appear even more stupid than you already have. The distance from Phenix to Johnstown is 697 miles (or a drive time of 11 hours. The distance from Phenix to Grand Junction is 1749 miles (24 hour drive). I would say that less than half the distance makes Phenix closer to you than to me. I also found that you can get Charles a bus ticket for $111.50. The cost of a bus ticket, around a hundred dollars - the price of having Charles live with you, PRICELESS.
Now on to other foolish comments you posted. You were maried at 16 to a man who was 29? Did he have too much trouble picking up 12 year olds? Did the mothers of 6 year olds think he was a little too old to be playing with their daughters? Listen darlin', your husband is what the rest of the United States calls a pervert. In fact I didn't even know what you were talking about. So I googled 'corporation' and guess what it said...A CORPORATION is a legal entity (technically, a juristic person) which has separate legal personality from its members. Then I googled cooperation, and it kept taking me back to CORPORATION, as if google and ask.com thought I was spelling it wrong. What the hell is cooperation. I'm not by any means protecting Charles. Just hoping you and others would step back and look at themselves. A rip off report for 'Charles' alone. How is Charles a rip off? Mostly, my interest comes from my dislike of arrogant know it alls. Better things to do with your time...I don't think ROR is a waste of time. Here is another fantastic example of how Charles will treat anyone who disagrees with him:

Note how everytime some tries to help or gather more information Charles go immediatly to the same mantra of "stop insulting me" or "don't post if you can't help". What he really means is "if you won't tell me I'm right even when I am wrong then shut-up"
I found the exchanges between Charles and from Timothy to be a fine example of the insanity in this mans mind. Look at how many times he attacks Timothy who does nothing but offer insight into the legal workings of the EEOC. Simply because he provides the facts (Charles won't accept facts) he is attacked. He is told to "stop insulting me" when in fact, he never said anything insulting or impolite. All he did was site the facts which did not support Charles's desires. All that Charles wants is to give up all responsability for his own life so that everyone else will be to blame for his terrible life. If we do not support him in this goal he does not want to hear from us.
