Charter is the worst ISP service I ever had. My Internet service went down more than 24 hours ago and when I asked to have a technician come to my home, they schedule one in FOUR DAYS! They should not be allowed to operate if they do not have enough people to support the service. The problem is certainly caused by an outage outside of my house, because I troubleshoot the issue with the Tech Support the issue several times, and I even went and bought a new modem, at their manager suggestion, but this didn't solve in any way the problem. The customer support is useless, and continues to tell you the same thing, over and over again. I asked to have the situation escalated and prioritized, and I've been told that they sent a message to dispatch, but they cannot prioritize the issue in any away, because they are A LOT of people in
the same situation like mine...meaning they have been waiting for the tech to come for FIVE DAYS! 

You better think twice before getting Charter as your ISP Provider!
