Charter Communications When I ordered Phone they charged me $261. x 2 then, when the phone was never working in the office they charged 261. x2 again plus I had a credit of $45. they billed $60. twice when I have the maintance then I canceled the phone. I currently have internet & cable. Rancho Cucamonga California
