i have been charged 320+ on my phone bill for movies my autistc daughter order because when charter was at my home on 6-20-2009 for service repair the tech didnt put the parintal blocks back on my cable i have had there tech trying to sell my 17 yr old daughter crack cocain and pot charter.has very poor customer service your lucky if your get to speak to someone who even speaks english thats where and each pearson you speak with tells you something totally different i made it perfectly clear No movies where to be ordered unless over the phone

Have you filed a police report?

If not, then why?

if a tech was trying to sell your daughter illegal drugs, you should be pursuing legal action against the company.

Will the company not work with you at all on their error?

I guess, in the future you need to verify the parental block on the cable.

Are you sure your daughter just did not figure out the password to get around the block?
