Due to Charter One's deceptive business practices, we have been charged HUNDREDS of dollars in NSF fees on our checking account for relatively small overdrafts. When my wife and I went in to seek relief (full or partial refunds in the hopes that they as a company would like to retain us as profitable customers), not only would Sheila L. Alexander admit to us that this wasn't a customer service issue (it is) she raised her voice and yelled at my wife to leave. Suffice it to say we are appalled that they continue to charge these egregious fees to customers that can least afford them like us. As a result, most of our bills due will now go unpaid due to their unwillingness to work with us. Ms. Alexander is extremely hostile and a bully and is hopefully not what the company considers their model employee.
