Complaint Review: Chase Bank Visa Credit Card
Chase Bank Visa Credit CardDelaware , Delaware U.S.A.
Chase Bank Visa Credit Card ripoff merchants can charge what they want Delaware
i fought with chase bank for six months. when i finally got an anserw from them.but not in writting, seems they have this secret compliance department and no one can talk to them.
i was told that the merchant has the right to charge more then you agree on.
i rented some heavy equipement over the phone and the equipment was delivered but stop working 2 hours into its use.
not only was i charged for two days rental but also the repair it was a faulty water pump. as i thought chase bank always sides with merchant so i closed my account but the dispute will continue. it seems we have been slowly but surely striped of our consumer rights you do have the right to dispute what you want, but with chase bank it is a waste of time.
i guess all that lobby money is paying off for them.
they did the bait and switch with me but i paid off the account and closed it.
now i make sure all my credit cards are not chase bank.
i also like the new default rate 30.99% w,t,f, how is this possible, how did these banks get so out of control.we are not allowed to charged that kind of interest but banks are.
do yourself a favor and dump chase bank. there are other banks.
