In their greed, the big banks and Wall Street have destroyed the US economy, cost millions their jobs and have caused recent graduates to be unable to obtain work in our perspective fields after years of hard work and dedication. I am fed up with the feds refusing to crack down, so I have concocted a plan to bring karmic, ironic retribution upon those that have caused America so much pain and grief. The true unemployment statistics in this country are at approximately 18%, which includes first time job seekers and those who have given up on the job hunt. Current statistics for unemployed recent college graduates is at 25%

The plan: If any lawyers who view this site are around, it is time to initiate the mother of all class action law suits on behalf of the citizens of the United States. If anyone here knows a good lawyer, bring this report to their attention as this has the potential to make loads of money for any attorney who does it.

The Classes. Class 1: Any and all US Citizens who as a result of the dishonest, greedy practices of the banksters and Wall Street destroying the economy, have lost their jobs via lay offs. This also includes any additional damages suffered besides lost salary such as foreclosures and repossesions caused by job loss. Class 2: Any and all US Citizens who upon recently graduating from college, have been unable to find long term employment in their field due to said practices that caused the economic melt-down.

The Defendants: All the major banks in the United States, the top executives of said banks, and the top executives in Wall Street.

The Objective: Prove that the big banks and Wall Street and be held liable in the destruction of the US economy, thus liable in the mass surge of unemployment.

The Damages Sought: For class 1, all wages that were lost as a result of lay offs via the economic melt-down. In addition, damages for losses related to job loss, such as the value of a home lost to foreclosure or a repossessed vehicle. For class 2, damages equivilant to the average montly salary of someone with said college degree times the amount of time unable to find work in their respective field. This is in addition to the lawyer's winnings.

The government refuses to punish those responsible for unimaginable human suffering because banks that are "too big to fail" are apparently "too big to jail". Thus it is the responsiblity of the people to bring the proverbial "torches and pitchforks" and exercise our dissatisfaction through the legal system. Its time that the people who caused this depression to owe up and pay for the damage they have caused.

According to the video, the U.S. government has about one million employees who are working in 17,000 secret locations throughout the USA, and they are spying on people here in America and all over the world, in order to keep us safe.

One of the ways that these government employees are keeping us safe is by operating the Drones from some of these secret locations. (Drones are unmanned planes that can shoot missiles and kill all the bad guys.) Unfortunately, sometimes there are innocent civilians and children who are killed by these Drone attacks.

If you type in 271454 at this site you can read Betty's Ripoff Report, which was submitted on August 30th, 2007. She said that her interest rate on her GM credit card went from 10.99% to 32.44%, and she never made a late payment and had a 716 credit score.

Betty's Ripoff Report was posted right around the time when GM and Countrywide were having financial difficulties, right?

Make sure to read the quote at 'Consumer Comment #1' under Betty's Ripoff Report. It appears in the 3rd paragraph of 'Consumer Comment #1'. Here is that quote-

"The Collapse of the U.S. economy is in its infancy. Get all of your money out of the stock market and cash in your retirement NOW!" - September 3rd, 2007.

I guess it was just a coincidence that Betty's Ripoff Report was posted and someone elected to post a consumer comment about the 'Collapse' of the BIGGEST economy on earth and the stock market crash, which occurred about a year later on September 29th, 2008, huh?

I'll bet that Betty was a bit agitated when General Motors received Billions of dollars in taxpayer's money from the TARP in order to stay afloat, huh?

Santa: I'm so glad that I sold all of my gold after our first conversation on December 25th, 2010. Gold was at $1,380 that day, and it's now at $1,310 an ounce according to information I just received at the cnnmoney site. I just went to that site and clicked on 'Oil', and saw that gold was at $1,310.20 an ounce a few moments ago.

Dasher: Good for you, Santa! Gold was bound to come down in price because it seems as though the commodities bubble might be about to burst. If food prices continue to rise, we can say bye-bye to any economic recovery in the USA and in Europe.

Santa: It's too bad that so many bubbles have formed.

Dasher: I know, but that's how the U.S. economy has been functioning for many years. It's got to stop so people can have a chance to live a happy life.

Santa: You are right about that, Dasher. So many people are hurting right now, and it seems as though the governments of Europe and America are only interested in keeping themselves afloat. And they're doing it at the expense of millions upon millions of innocent people.

Dasher: You're right, Santa. Gasoline is over $3 a gallon almost everywhere in the USA. It's going to create price increases on food, airline tickets, and just about everything else because the costs will be passed onto the consumer.

Santa: And the debt is completely out of control in the USA. 'Debt' + 'Deficit Spending' will result in an 'economic disaster', right?

Dasher: You hit the nail on the head with that one, Santa! The people are going to suffer from what their leaders are doing, and not doing. The government has to be cut significantly or the American people, and their children, grand-children, and great grand-children, will be caught in a trap that will make life miserable.

Santa: So what do you think is going to happen?

Dasher: I'm afraid to say, but it looks as though another meltdown of some kind will hit the USA within the next few months because the debt ceiling is almost at its legal limit.

Youre way more afraid of these clowns than you have ever been over 9-11.

Be afraid. Be very afraid. You are more afraid, way more afraid of the lenders, Wall Street, these corporations, including NPR, and mortgage investors, than you ever were or are of the 9-11 terrorists. For they, each and every one of these mega-corporations and their employees, is A Terrorist for Sure, even Terrorist Extraordinaire.

Youre way more afraid of these guys and gals Brian, Steve, Wendy, Bank of America, Reconstruct, Impac Mortgage, NPR, Zilow, BrooWaha and the rest of these clowns than you have ever been over 9-11.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident. The truth about this recession is that it corporate executives bad decisions and fraudulent AND ILLEGAL behavior that created and maintains this Hell of a Recession.

NPR, Zillow, BrooWaha, Reo Gazette Journal among others, has and is willfully interfering with Free Speech in their public squares. Its been clearly defined and addressed by the courts. And THAT is just more sick, sad, disgusting, anti-American, anti-patriot behavior frightening as hell to us citizens. It is a terror.

Terror is a state of intense fear, one or something that inspires fear, a frightening aspect terrors of invasion, a cause of anxiety, worry, an appalling person or thing. That's all very clear and straight forward to me in my continuing nightmare of terror with Terrorists Extraordinaire Bank of America and Impac Mortgage

and Freedom of Speech interferences from the likes of hypocrite NPR, National Public Radio and BrooWahas Cease & Desist Tom Lewis, Sock Extraordinaire and Yapper Alan Handwerger, Who is Jack? Jack Bates, I Killed Broo Tony Berkman, CPA oops did I make a mistake that Charles Harmison caught, Im outta here John, and Along For The Ride But Now Wish I Really Wasnt Angie Alaniz.

Terror is EXACTLY how you family and feel from these home lenders and mortgage investors and the likes of NPR, Zillow, Reno Gazette Journal, and BrooWahas Free Speech Interference. Got that Avarice Moguls Bank of America and Brian T. Moynihan AND IMPAC MORTGAGE AND STEVE CURRY AND NPR, ZILLOW, Reno Gazette Journal, AND BROOWAHA? YOUR community, YOUR family and YOUR COUNTRY, hell most everyone YOU know these days, are more afraid, way more afraid of these clowns and who CANT PROPERLY POST A PAYMENT THEN ILLEGALLY FORECLOSE ON YOUR HOMES WHILE ILLEGALLY REFUSING TO LET YOU TALK ABOUT IT than you ever were or remain over the 9-11 terrorists.

*A real 'Truth Detector' would have 'detected' what was stated in paragraph 3 of 'Consumer Comment #1', which was posted one year before the 'Collapse' of the U.S. economy and the stock market crash, which took place in September of 2008.

Here's that quote from 'Consumer Comment #1'-

"The Collapse of the U.S. economy is in its infancy. Get all of your money out of the stock market and cash in your retirement NOW!" - September 3rd, 2007.

I agree that the possibility is too broad for an attorney to invest time and resources. There are so many businesses and lending institutions that are no longer desirous of a profit, and instead seem Hell bent on placing all Americas into a contemporary SERF system. Serfdom is a socio-economic system where citizens are made into the un-free, or slaves, in this case by making Americans a consumer culture rather than a manufacturing one. In Medieval times the serfs were forced to labor on the field owned by a landlord in return for protection and the ability to work the fields, and were tied to each other legally. Sound familiar? If we base our financial on consumption then we need the banks and Wall Street. It is the difference between doing something to afford services or products, or buying something with credit. Here's how the 4th paragraph of that comment starts-

"I predict that by sometime early in 2009 that the stock market takes that huge hit! After a full year of reality in 2008, the big collapse happens." - August 26th, 2007.

Guess what?

The Dow Jones is currently doing the same thing as it was doing around the time that comment was posted. Yesterday, October 19th, 2010, the Dow Jones lost 165 points. Today at 1:15 PM EST, the Dow is up 152 points.

Some of us are aware that history can sometimes be our best teacher, wouldn't you agree?

P.S. About six months after that comment was posted at the BusinessWeek article on March 18th, 2008, the Dow Jones lost 777 points. On September 29th, 2008, the Dow Jones suffered its biggest one day loss in history. It lost 777 points that day.

People sell their gold when times are tough? Who would have thought?

I don't really see what the precious metal commodities market fluctuations have to do with this report per say...what is your point Karl? Should the retributions from this "law suit" be paid in Gold?

Just think, if people had read the above article in August of 2007 and also been able to read that consumer comment on 8/21/2007, some of them might have decided to cash in all their stock and buy GOLD.

Gold has gone from $668 on August 24th 2007 to $1,369 on October 15th 2010, right?

$1,369 - $668 = $701

That means the price of gold has more than doubled since August 24th 2007 until today, correct?

It certainly seems as though the author of that article, Franklin Sanders, was correct when he said-

Gold has increased in value by over 60% from December 18th, 2008, until this precise moment, right?

$855.25 x 60% = $513.15

So if we add $855.25 (price of gold on 12/18/2008) + $513.15 (60% increase) we get $1,368.40 which is right about where the price of an ounce of gold is currently trading, correct?

Many economists, including Alan Greenspan, did not believe that there would be a recession in the USA back in 2007 and in early 2008. Alan Greenspan actually stated that the probability of a recession was at around 30% in early 2008. He later said it was around 50%.

Guess what?

He was wrong!

Here's why just about every economist, the politicians, and the so-called 'experts' were wrong-

They only see the 'numbers' and the 'figures' and the 'data' that comes out in regards to the economy in the USA. They DON'T see, and understand, how these numbers, figures, and data are attained.

Here's how much of it is attained:

It is attained through FRAUD, DECEPTION, MANIPULATION, GREED, LIES, TRICKERY, & the CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE AS MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

Guess what?

Now as far as Karl. I know he has no shame in what he does here. People are suffering and most of it actually has to do with their own poor decisions. As seen recently, when the banks are conducting unfair tactics...regulations have changed for the better, and lawsuits are continuing forward. It is never easy to fight greed, especially when those in control are so powerful..but it can be done. When greed is causing so much hardship to others less fortunate..then yes, I say it is worth exposing. But, it is also better to try to help and not spread hate and fear. I do not believe Jesus would have handled it that way, or Moses, or Mohammad, or Buddha.

Now Karl likes to use other peoples legitimate reports (not this one as an example, this is actually an appropriate report for karls nonsense) to do his "exposing" and distract from the post. That I feel is a rip off to the victims of legitimate rip offs.

Karl, I will not get into a philosophical debate with you, because I feel you are a few cans short of a six pack and I would get no where. I also will not write a thesis for you regarding the history of banking..however you can click the link I will leave below and feel free to read it. If you think any of the information is less then factual, I will listen...

take a look at what is happening right now, it will be much easier for you to understand what was happening 1,977 years ago when Jesus was put on trial, and eventually crucified.

The people back in Jesus' day were obviously experiencing the same things that the people of today are experiencing. There were 'big-shots' back then, just as there are now. These 'big-shots' wanted control over the masses of people, but some of the people spoke-out against what was happening.

Take a look at the parallel between what happened to Jesus and what is currently happening to Bradley Manning, as an example. Jesus was a whistleblower, just like Bradley Manning. He wasn't afraid of the 'big-shots'. He was exposing them to the people of his day and it was weakening and humiliating the Jewish authorities who were in charge. Keep in mind that Jesus was a Jew. It doesn't matter what a person's race is.

Greed and fraud have been around for thousands of years. Nothing has changed. War has been around for thousands of years. Nothing has changed. Society today is no different from the way it was 1,977 years ago when Jesus was speaking-out against the 'big-shots'.

Guess what?

Written history is wrong. Jesus was simply a man. A man who did great things, and was 'for' the people. The 'big-shots' knew that they would lose control if he was able to gather the people together against them. That's why they set him up and put him on trial. The greed that exists today was just as powerful as the greed that existed 1,977 years ago in 33AD. Most people will 'bow down' and serve the ones who are greedy because they control, and controlled, the economies and the governments.

The great ones all spoke-out against greed, fraud, corruption, deception, lies....... Jesus obviously spoke-out with a little more passion. It ended up getting him killed. Here are some of the other great ones; Siddhartha Gautama (the buddha), Mohammed, Mahatma Gandhi, Morihei Ueshiba.

Maybe someday people will realize that there is only one true religion. Right now, no one seems to understand. Not even our religious 'leaders'. Even religion is a business nowadays. The love of money and material gain has destroyed almost every society.

So, here are the answers to the three questions:

1) Telling the truth.

2) Yes. He was 'awakening' the people.

3) Because he was weakening their power and control over the masses of people by exposing the truth and humiliating the 'big-shots'.

Granted, the majority of bankers are Jews...but not all of them. And certainly our elected officials are not all Jews...anyone can go to school to be a banker..perhaps more Jews have then others so they got the jobs.

And certainly...every American citizen is subjected to and had a choice to be a customer or not...or borrow money from or not any bank or financial institution they choose.

And when these banks and financial institutions conduct the deceptions and rip offs, all customers are effected. You think there are no Jews out there unhappy with their interest rates?, or fees? You think there are no Jews right now that lost equity in their homes, or foreclosed? You think there are any Jews out there right now that can't sell their homes unless they take a big loss? You know there are. Think any Jews lost their jobs or had pay cuts or lost benefits? Well they have. Do Jews overpay the same for gas that the hedgers cause to rise in price for no real reason? I think so.

According to that Talmud nonsense...they could only do this to non Jews..so it is safe to conclude the Jew bankers are not abiding by the Talmud..but simple unbiased, greed without prejudice. And that fact that not all of them are Jews also makes that google useless.

Is this really news or google/bing worthy?

I mean if everything gets destroyed..what good is it going to do the bankers either? How can wall street survive another crash? Granted the Fed could do more regulation to keep the greed in check..but no one stands to gain from another economic collapse. How will they sell off all the foreclosed homes?

I am about done dealing with this crap Karl. I am glad in a sense they will not ban you from this site since I like that it does not restrict freedom of speech..but why not stop the racist googles? How does it help the world or any victims of a ripoff? People do need to wise up..but in this day and age the best advice my not come from those racist googles and bings. Americans would have gone to the GM CREDIT CARD SERVICES page of Ripoff Report and read 'Consumer Comment #1', which was posted under Ripoff Report #271454, they could have read where "The Collapse of the U.S. economy" was predicted on September 3rd, 2007, correct?

(Many Americans were not aware of the fact that about 90% of their retirement accounts were invested in the stock market.)

Keep in mind that 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271454 was posted shortly after August 9th, 2007, when the Dow Jones felt its first significant 'tremor' and lost 387 points.

*You see, by noticing what is happening in our world today, it is possible to predict what will happen in the future.

(The collapse of the U.S. economy & the stock market crash DID take place about a year later in September of 2008.)

Example of how to predict the future: Right now the U.S. Military is in Afghanistan, correct? Many of the 'bad guys' are being flushed into Pakistan, right? Pakistan is a country that is having difficulties due to infrastructure that has been destroyed by significant flooding in recent months.

Tens of Millions of people are suffering from the lack of food and clean water. Pakistan is a country that is vulnerable right now, and when a country is vulnerable it can become a place where others might go to take advantage. Pakistan is also experiencing attacks from the U.S. Military near its borders. This could make the people living in Pakistan revolt against America.

If the masses of people in Pakistan revolted against America and the 'bad guys' were able to take control of that country, then the 'bad guys' could gain control of Pakistan. If that were to happen, then the 'bad guys' would have access to about 100 NUCLEAR WEAPONS.

If that happened, it would be possible that they could use those weapons against anyone they wanted, correct?

*All of the clues and indicators are leading me to believe that the above scenario might happen in the near future. If it does, I'll be able to direct everyone to this consumer comment and to "WikiLeaks Song 18", and people will be able see how easy it is to predict the future based on what is currently taking place.

P.S. I hope it never happens. But "hope" is not good enough.

I'll prove it to you.

1) 'Google' this- DOW JONES HISTORICAL YAHOO, and go to that site and put in- August 1, 2007 to August 31, 2007 and you'll see that the first significant 'tremor' that the Dow Jones felt was on August 9th, 2007, when it lost 387 points from the previous day.

13,657 on Aug. 8th - 13,270 on Aug. 9th = 387 point loss.

2) 'Google' this- CRUDE OIL PRICE HISTORY, and go to that site and take a look at where the price of oil was on August 10th, 2007. (It was at $71.47 per barrel.)

3) Stay at that site and look at what happened to the price of oil until September 26th, 2008.

4) If you go back to #1, you can see that the stock market crashed on September 29th, 2008. (It lost 777 points that day.)

5) Go back to #2 and look what happened to the price of oil after September 29th, 2008, which was after the BIG banks were guaranteed BILLIONS of dollars in TAXPAYER'S money from the 'TARP' by Henry Paulson, former Treasury secretary.

*August 2007 was right around the time Countrywide was having severe problems due to the FORECLOSURE MESS, correct?

By manipulating the price of oil, the 'big-shots' were able to charge the ENTIRE WORLD for their mistakes that resulted in the housing market in the USA, which has put MILLIONS of homes into foreclosure, correct?

Blaming... and no real solution.

'Google' this. "I have no solution so I post googles of who to blame'".

I actually concur with the poster. I do feel accountability should fall on those responsible. But since I believe the economic disaster this country is facing..is due to..the feds, the government, Wall Street, AND those who took out mortgages they had no POSSIBLE way of paying off...that there is enough blame to go around.

If you can find a law firm willing to take this on..I will be amazed. Perhaps I have no better solution to offer...but I do know..if I was to take out a mortgage, I would make sure I could meet my commitments, or except the loss.

Sure I would want to blame the banks and the gov and the feds..but what it comes down to...is personal choice. That is really one thing that Wall Street, the feds and the gub'ment have not been able to pilfer from the American citizens and hard working taxpayers.

And if they ever try..then I really pity this country. It won't be pretty.

enjoyed reading your Ripoff Report. I agree that the big banks and Wall Street's greed was the catalyst that "destroyed" the U.S. economy.

You must also consider this: the Government of the United States of America does NOT work "for" the people of this country anymore. They haven't worked for the people in this country for a long, long, time.

The Government, Wall Street, Mainstream Media, much of the Legal System in the USA, and a host of others, all work for (directly & indirectly) the Federal Reserve.

Over 99% of Americans cannot grasp that reality, but it is true.

And here's the scary part; the U.S. Military is under control of the U.S. Government, right? So if the FED controls the U.S. Government, which I believe they do, then the wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan are a result of the FED wanting these wars to take place, correct?

What does Iraq have?

Answer: OIL.

What does Afghanistan have?

Answer: Over a Trillion dollars in MINERALS, including Lithium, Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Iron, etc.

I don't believe that any lawyer will agree to fight the big banks and Wall Street.

HOWEVER, if someone were able to PROVE to the people of the USA and the world that the Mainstream Media in the USA withheld information regarding the "Collapse of the U.S. economy" and the stock market crash over a year BEFORE it happened, and could expose it at a web site like WikiLeaks, then perhaps the entire WORLD might WAKE-UP, wouldn't you agree?

*The Mainstream Media is linked to the Federal Reserve. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts and see that 'Twentieth Century Fox Corporation' appears in 'Chart 4' and 'General Electric (NBC)' appears in 'Chart 5'.

Make sure to read the names of the banks in 'Chart 1'. And also review the names of other companies that are listed, like Exxon Corporation & Minnesota Mining & Mfg (3M).

Exxon Corporation is an "OIL" company, right? And Minnesota Mining & Mfg (3M) is a "MINING" company, correct? (Are you starting to understand?)
