Cheap tickets offers travel deals to bargain hunters like us. with more than 6 months my family and I planned our yearly vacation.

Of course we had to pay in advance the flight tickets and hotel reservations everything was paid via credit card the first time we talked to cheap tickets agents who are anywhere in the world but the USA. As usual cheap tickets kept us informed that everything was fine and on time. But the day of departaure and with 3 hrs ahead of time we arrived to the airport and at the counter we were told that our names were there but the authorization numbers were not. To no avail the flight clerks could not get the authorization numbers.

We called from the airport and the agents at cheap tickets told us that they will fix the problem. After 6 hrs of waiting and our flight long gone we left the airport frustrated and upset very upset. We had talked to several supervisors at cheap tickets and no one claims any responsibility. We had tried for the last 8 weeks to obtain some atisfaction to no avail. Several thousands of dollars sent to the drain and no cheap tickets help. a serious Rip off.
