Now for the fun part, getting in contact with these jokers!!! Got transferred approximately 8 times, on hold for over half an hour and then the person who I got through to could barely speak english. Absolutely ridiculous!!
Eventually I got another number and called and talked to a lady there, who said the charges would drop off in a few days. I called my back and they said that if the company don't go through with the charges then it will drop off!!
This is insane, and how come nothign has been done about this, as I obviously am not the only person this has happened to!
