So, after my saturday evening PANICK, i called and left a message. The guy returned my call on Monday morning. Stated that i wrote a bad check in 2001. I asked him for a copy of it. He said that his legal department had it. I stated I will hold while you transfer me to them. HE WOULDNT. He said that they will see me in court. Well, if you wouldnt know IF i did INFACT bounce a check, its way past the statute of limitations. Check your local statutes before Paying this scam artist. BEWARE, he is not nice at all.
