I received a letter inthe mail from them dated 9/29/08, Case No.: 151273400 total balance of $171.17 it said that Criminal check fraud charges are being formally recommended as a result of your issuance of fraudulent check(s) in the STATEof Ohio. We are required by law to advise you of this action, blah, blah bla, it also stated that "If you have already been contacted by local law enforcement, please do not call this office,

So, after my saturday evening PANICK, i called and left a message. The guy returned my call on Monday morning. Stated that i wrote a bad check in 2001. I asked him for a copy of it. He said that his legal department had it. I stated I will hold while you transfer me to them. HE WOULDNT. He said that they will see me in court. Well, if you wouldnt know IF i did INFACT bounce a check, its way past the statute of limitations. Check your local statutes before Paying this scam artist. BEWARE, he is not nice at all.
