This is an email I have sent to the corporate office.
I had brought a bus group of around 40 people who ate in your restaurant, But of course our group was broken up in four different areas. I parked the bus and came into the store, I met up with some of our group who was sitting at the bar tables, and then I was waiting till another table opened up, so i sat down with our other group who was sitting at another set of tables, I was asked to order because the one set of ladies I had was going to buy my dinner, I then ordered and was then confronted by a very rude host when I was told she saw me move over from the bar area and said I sat my self. I explained to her that I was with a very large group and I was the driver. She told me that when my group was going to get up that I would have to leave????? This is uncalled for, and I feel that I was discriminated against. I had asked to speak with a manager and was told the main manager would not come out to talk to me and that to find another asst manager to talk to me. After waiting for about 15 mins to talk to this gal, All she could do is to say I am sorry and that should have not happened.
I then went back to the table and was told by some of my other group to sit with them at the bar table and how rude this restaurant personal was.
This has left a bad image of your service in your stores and I will not be taking any other groups to your stores again.
With the amount of money spent in your store averages around $ 450.00 all I was offered for this issue was a piece of cheese cake. and had to pay for my meal.
If this is how you treat bus groups I will be happy to let other bus companies and groups know of the bad service and see if we can place your stores on our no visit lists that go out to other bus and tour companies. I wonder how much you will loose then.
