Complaint Review: Chemtrails Project
Chemtrails Project2365 Rolling Oaks Dr., Palm Harbor, , Florida USA
Chemtrails Project Scam Jacki Dodds / Jacki Bourgeois and her husband Paul Bourgeois are trying to extract money from people for their "testing kits' to test water. They are saying they want people across the entire country to test their water because of the chemtrails project hoax. The Bourgeois' family pockets money that unsuspected people think is a good cause but in fact the customers get a jar to hold the water! The chemtrails project does not test the water! Jacki Dodds / Jacki Bourgeois is the assistant scammer to the master scam artist, her husband, Paul T. Bourgeois. Paul Bourgeois created a website called Chemtrailsproject.com. He sells "water testing kits" for $40 but doesn't tell the purchasers that actual testing costs are over $200.00. I want to let it be known that Jacki is in on this for unsuspecting "clients". She goes around and makes posts on Facebook trying to stir up the chem trails fraud. Testing labs usually provide testing jars for free so the guy is selling usually free kits for $40+postage and is not providing any testing! I believe it's quite a scam to sell jars to people who think they are going to help the environment!
