BUT the truth is that Emerald Cove Mobile homes, LLC & Echo lodge, LLC have a lease with those owners and have sub-leased it to C R A by written contract that expires in 2040.
If that is true how can they(C R A ) say that it is a Life time contract they are selling you and wanting you to upgrade for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! ? While it states that they C R A might be able to renew their contract or that the contract is renewable that doesn't mean it will be . Things have a way of changing . Also while they(C R A ) state if the lease is not renewed you will be able to go to one of their other parks which are already full and many on the waiting list.
Emerald cove is under similar lease agreement. Funny they didn't say anything about leasing the park when they were explaining everything.
BUYER BEWARE> When they say read before signing, I would suggest everyone do just that , read the fine print.

CRA has bought up, and had some RV camps. Most are on or near the Colorado River in Az. They trap folks into signing up, with contracts that are 10 pages long, on both sides with teeny weeny print, that includes, this is a LIFETIME contract, and that you will pay until you die, OR have a negative collection account on your credit report..OR you can try and sell it to someone else (like a timeshare) only the transfer fee is prohibitive, and no one wants to buy it from you, as they can get MORE camps, more benefits direct from the CRA people. They DO have a huge sign at all their camps saying," Camping $10 a night.."...and NO where on the sign can one see anything that says you have to listen toa 2 hour sales "presentation" that will cost you $10,000 to join and almost $500 a year and then MORE for the vacation rentals... Also the places are filled up with trailers and park models for people who no longer have RVs...as they are too expensive to fill up, and/or tow to the RV campgrounds, so CRA put intheir own park model 400 sf mobile homes, and tiny trailers for people to rent. There is LITTLE room for the members to bring in their RVs.
They only care about signing up NEW members, and once you sign on the dotted line, they barely give you the time of day when you stay there. DO NOT JOIN their RV camps. DO NOT. DO NOT. Unfortunately, we did!
