ChexSystems Ripoff reports false information to banks Dallas Texas

The poster simply stated he "believed"... This company was made of certain kinds of people. He didnt state it was. That's his personal opinion and has nothing to do with his credibility!

They only report the information given to them by banks and financial institutions. Do they get it right all of the time? Absolutely not! The problem is, if you pay off a debt to a bank, they are still not going to take you out of ChexSystems..nine times out of ten, they are not even going to update the information. It is up to you to keep documentation, as many banks will give you an account with proof of prior debt being paid off.

There are several banks in Texas that will give "Second Chance" checking..I believe one is Woodforest National Bank, with branches throughout Texas. There are other banks that don't use Chexsystems, but DO use Telecheck and run a credit report.

I agree with the poster who said that you lost some credibility with your comments. I know Chexysystems is a pain in the ass..my husband had to deal with them five years ago when his former wife forged some checks on a closed account. But their information CAN be disputed and they have to verify the information or delete it, just like the credit bureaus do.

Your report lost ALL credibility when you said "I believe that ChexSystems is run by a bunch of old worn out prostitutes, drug dealers or pediphiles.I also think that they are funding terrorist activities." Where is the proof to what you said?
